Ensures incoming international orders are complete, accurate, contract compliant, and aligned with internal policies and business guidelines as part of Logicalis international sales organization. Oversees quotes, pipeline management, invoicing and reporting for international deals. Supports all international sales operations within assigned region (United States). Acts as operational liaison between US and other Logicalis regions as required by the deal.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Oversees and tracks entire order process from quote to order execution, supporting documentation, set-up and approvals, through to invoicing and deal settlements within region.
•Assists sales and pre-sales teams within region’s operations in structuring and pricing deals.
•Manages sales pipeline as per agreed SLAs and performance metrics.
•Provides deal analysis support for all deals requiring escalations; includes analyzing pricing and financial performance of deal and custom contract structures.
•Ensures International Sales Desk policies and procedures are properly followed, approvals are well documented, and deals consistently flow through standard processes.
•Acts as liaison between sales and other key stakeholders involved in deal structuring process (i.e. Sales, Services, Legal, Order Management, Finance).
•Works as part of and collaborates with other regional International Sales desks to ensure all deals progress efficiently and accurately to completion.
•Develops and delivers financial reports on market trends to drive better communication and future decision making.
•Looks for ways to improve processes to increase effectiveness of International Sales Desk.
•Supports creating training documents and presentations for new sales hires.
•Facilitates credit check processes, logistics, process compliance and invoicing requests (end to end) at local level in support of international opportunity.
•Produces regional reporting packs as required to Group Operations Manager for review.
•Provides support as key contact for all international deals.
•Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.
•Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
•Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

•3 years in a related area with experience in the following:
oDealing with international sales, sales processes and sales reporting structures.
oDealing with complex, cross-functional deal management across sales, finance and legal.
oBusiness and market development, including complex sales business-to-business cycles.
oWorking with Service Level Agreements.
•Proven track record of execution and performance excellence in dynamic business environment.
•Working knowledge of ICT vendors systems and policies.
•Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.
