Centauri is seeking a highly motivated Analog Design Engineer to join our team’s Beavercreek or Columbus, Ohio offices.

Responsibilities: CMOS integrated circuit design of advanced high-frequency analog and mixed-signal circuits

 

Desired Skill Set:

  • BS or MS with 2-5 years of experience in relevant technical disciplines
  • Must be a US citizen and holds or has the ability to obtain a DoD clearance
  • Deep understanding of analog circuit concepts
  • Ability to carry a design through the full design cycle including specification, schematic design, simulation, layout, physical extraction, and hardware testing
  • Experience in the development of advanced high-speed (>1GHz) state-of-the-art circuits at the chip and device level
  • Experience in design at advanced CMOS process nodes (<45nm) as well as SiGe BiCMOS technologies
  • Experience with III-V technologies (InP, GaN, GaAs) is a plus
  • Expertise in various advanced simulation methodologies including behavioral modeling, electromagnetic simulation, and full-chip mixed-mode simulation
  • Familiarity with the digital circuit design methodologies is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a research environment
  • Ability to learn, understand, and implement new concepts
