Centauri is seeking a cleared Executive Assistant to work in Reston, VA.


  • Provide day-to-day administrative support (filing, copying, word processing, etc.) to senior level staff at customer site
  • Maintain calendars/schedules and track/follow up on action items
  • Setup, maintain and support several tools and databases
  • Review, type and send email correspondence, prepare travel and expense reports
  • Provide graphics and briefing support
  • Coordinate logistics for visitors, meetings, conference rooms and luncheons
  • Generate reports and create presentations
  • Additional duties as required


  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 2 years of administrative support
  • Experience with Microsoft Office® suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and professionalism

Desired Qualifications:   

  • 2 years or more of demonstrated experience in the following:
    • IC business procedures and protocols
    • One-on-one senior executive support
    • Populating websites, wikis, shared documents, and collaboration tools
    • SharePoint experience (development and design)
  • Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) travel management system
  • Strong graphics background (PowerPoint)

Security Requirements:    Must have an active TS/SCI clearance and be eligible to undergo a poly.
