This position requires business analysis, technical writing and editing skills along with the ability to apply proven project management, communication, and problem-solving skills to maximize the benefit of operational systems, practices and procedures. This role will carry the expectation to absorb and retain information quickly, specifically functional and business information. This project coordinator is responsible for managing business requirements documents that are used by SNAP developers, QA testers and operational resources.



  • Develop written specifications about the organization’s business systems to be read by both technical and non-technical personnel across all departments.
  • Liaise with internal customers to define business procedures and establish documentation needs.
  • Analyze project requests and prepare appropriate documentation for project deployment.
  • Collaborate with sales and operational staff to collect and interpret business information.
  • Develop, standardize and maintain new or improved processes based on findings and analysis.
  • Communicate process changes, enhancements and modifications via verbal and written documentation – to management, peers, staff and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood.
  • Provide Legendary Service to all Customer inquiries (external and internal) by responding promptly and thoroughly to all requests.



  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS Project
  • Some experience in project coordination and project management
  • Financial industry knowledge
  • Strong technical writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently once assigned a task
  • High self-motivation and initiative
  • Smartsheet experience is a plus
  • Visio skills are a plus
