The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering and routing all incoming Business Office queue calls. They must be capable of building relationships, possess strong conflict resolution skills, and properly organize inquiries and requests to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
Answer and route incoming Business Office calls.
Process payments, send receipts/documents and forward calls to staff as appropriate.
Be knowledgeable of orthodontic procedures and insurance coverage.
Make notes on Ortho Trac ledger.
Be available to support field offices with payments, questions, etc.
Prepare documentation as needed.
Assist Business Office staff and team leads with mailing, filing, scanning and logistics.
Additional duties to be assigned as necessary to achieve the company standards and goals as efficiently as possible.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience.
SPECIFIC SKILLS :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
