CTEC currently seeking a Project Manager for Government Agency.

Description: The Project Manager shall manage and oversee projects covered under this acquisition to include developing project plans and schedules showing the milestones for deliverables, providing project status updates to the Government, and delivering project artifacts and information on time. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project personnel and maintain project cost, schedule and performance data and for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects. The Project Manager also ensures consistency with desired strategy, commitments, and goals.

The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the performance  for all deliverables' as well as management of related tasks. The Project Manager shall be responsible for effective project execution using an Agile methodology approach and process. In addition, the Project Manager shall ensure that all documentation and artifacts, to include software code, adhere to Agency Information Technology Systems Manager (ITSM) standards.

Target Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and 12 or more years of extensive experience in leading and managing complex IT projects.

PM shall manage and work closely the technical security architect role, updating

design documents and instructional materials for non-security focused teams, detailing technical

solutions and processes for security incident monitoring, audit and logging procedures for

enhancing the client’s infrastructure security (firewalls, servers, applications, anti-spam/antispyware

tools, forensic integrity checking, encryption, key management tools, etc.).
