UNM Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time board-certified or board eligible Neurologist to work as a vital team member in our Neurology Clinic. The incumbent will evaluate and care for patients who are referred to the Neurology clinic by their Primary Care Physician, and then referring patients onto subspecialized Neurology faculty members if needed and/or warranted. The incumbent will establish a general neurology outpatient practice and have no call responsibilities.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive neurological care for New Mexico, to excel in the education of medical students and residents and to prepare future neurologists by offering New Mexicans the latest developments in treatment of neurological diseases through advanced scholarship and innovative research.
We have advanced neuroimaging in computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), angiography and magnetoencephalography (MEG) for patient care and research studies.

Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Job Requirements
Medical doctor with 3 to 5 years of directly related experience which may include residency in a directly related medical specialty. State of New Mexico and Federal DEA Certification; Medical Specialty License or Certification; Board Certified or Board Eligible in specified area of medical specialty. Verification of education and licensure (if applicable) will be required if selected for hire.
