We are currently seeking a Recovery Support Specialist to join our Marina Pointe Residential Program in Bullhead City, AZ.

This position will assist staff to provide skills training, peer to peer support, case management, group facilitation with co-leadership and non-clinical interventions for consumers. Provides hope and inspiration to adults with substance-abuse and other issues. Assists consumers with the development of living skills, external support systems and linkages with community resources. Responsible for contributing to and creating a recovery based environment.
Related experience in behavioral health either as a recipient of services, a family member of someone receiving services or primary caregiver of a service recipient is essential to this position.
