The Digital Project Management Internship is an exciting opportunity to amplify live experiences globally for world-class brands.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-minded, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, collaborative, and a stickler for good grammar (if you are picking apart the grammar of this job posting… you might be the one!). Our unicorn will want to learn about CMS for websites, email development and deployment, and digital marketing administration.



  • Project manage digital content for multiple teams across various geographies simultaneously, with frequent requests to edit content.
  • Help update the master content calendar, ensuring that key dates are represented and any regional considerations are taken into account.
  • Ability to manage HTML content within an ESP (Email Service Provider).
  • Ensure brand standards and quality control processes are followed to generate and facilitate consistent content.
  • Responsible for sourcing imagery, processing requests and planning ad hoc website updates.
  • Works closely with tech team to prioritize deliverables and/or deadlines, to create and manage content update schedules and to make recommendations to enhance UI/UX.
  • Help to develop and document procedures for content management.



·       Knowledge of HTML and the ability to create and manage code with dynamic features.

·       Familiarity with web development, database and content management, information architecture principles, and techniques to deliver an excellent user experience efficiently

·       Experience with web analytics and performance metrics reporting

·       Experience with WordPress or related CMS, social media management tools, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms

·       Experience working at a fast-paced agency environment, in experiential marketing, advertising, or PR a plus.


  • Outstanding written/verbal communication skills and professionalism, with the ability to interact well with a diverse group of technical and non-tech people, including senior executives, marketing, production, creative, and clients.
  • High degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a “good enough sucks” mentality.
  • Excellent ability to proactively identify issues/obstacles and effectively create solutions.
  • Ability to work independently under guidance form the Digital Marketing Content Manager.
  • Flexibility in working non-traditional hours as needed (some nights and weekends).
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive and enjoy a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
