At NVR, the HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs, objectives and resolution of HR issues. They will produce a strong relationship between HR strategy and the overall business strategy. The HR Business Partner provides strategic partnership and integration to help line managers make informed, overarching decisions in the areas of workforce planning, talent management actions and investments. The HRBP focuses on priorities for talent acquisition and improving productivity, while influencing retention and development priorities. They are committed to adhering to company policies and mitigating risk.
