As an Accounting Assistant, your key responsibilities will be to assist the Accounting Supervisor with the administration and reporting of the corporate credit/debit card program. This position will prepare and provide payment applications, invoices, and reports to Project Managers along with coding and approving credit card expense reports. This position will process monthly statements and also perform various office administrative support duties.
