Lyons Magnus is seeking an Supply Chain Coordinator for its Fresno location.

Overview of Position:

A position within the Supply Chain Department of Lyons Magnus, an international food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Fresno, California. The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of our outsourced products as well as internally manufactured products as necessary.  The primary responsibility consists of getting product to the correct location in order to fulfill our customers’ sales demands.

Description of Responsibilities:

  • Supports the mission, values and vision of the company.   

  • Audit production at outsourced facilities and validate service charges.   

  • Operate and analyze material requirement planning software.

  • Purchase materials from vendors, as needed and send to required sales location.

  • Coordinate transportation for material movement between outsourced warehouses.

  • Approve and prepare invoices for payments. 

  • File and store purchase orders, sales order, and invoices in an orderly fashion.

  • Work with Customer Service to ensure orders are being filled.

  • Other tasks duties as assigned, by the Manger of Supply Chain.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • 2+ years experience preferred within related fields.

  • Highly skilled in MS Office software. 

  • Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities, in a fast-paced office.

Education and/or Experience :                                                   

  • A minimum of a Bachelors degree from an accredited university, preferably in Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2+ years experience preferred within related fields.
