What We Seek

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to play a key operations role in our company. This individual will support global Sales, Service and Sales Operations functions and will report to the Manager of Sales Operations. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual looking to grow professionally who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, is hands-on, eager to learn, and enjoys wearing multiple hats. Responsibilities will include:

  • Communicate, facilitate, and complete requests from the global sales team
  • Provide outstanding support for sales fulfillment activities
  • Assist in responding to sales executive requests for proposals (RFPs) as required
  • Create accurate quotations, proposals, and revisions as necessary
  • Responsible for the order management process (order entry, sending sales order confirmations to customers, and any updates as needed)
  • Manage channel sales tasks and prioritization lists
  • Work with Marketing to ensure all incoming leads are assigned to the correct sales executive
  • Assist with global sales and services KPIs and reporting
  • Provide assistance to the Global Services organization

 

What You Bring

You are a recent college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business management, entrepreneurship, or finance. You have excellent organizational and listening skills and are great at multitasking. You have strong interpersonal skills and can work both individually and as part of a team. You are able to take direction and use initiative to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. You have a passion for details, which is represented in the work you do. You can demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with CRM systems is preferred, but not required.
