Job Description:

The Human Resources Administrative Assistant position is highly visible requiring a seasoned professional to join the administrative support staff. The ideal candidate has handled a variety of administrative duties and is familiar with the aviation/aerospace industry or working with highly technical groups. He/she will work autonomously and assist in more complex HR duties like data collection / reporting and recruiting efforts.

Specific Responsibilities:
• Assist the HR department with daily administrative functions i.e. calendar management, clerical support, and heavy data entry -- attentive to details a must.
• SharePoint site management, data collection, record keeping and quality check for accuracy of information.
• Process check requests, invoices, purchase orders and reconciliation of monthly credit card statements.

Technical Skills:
• Expert with Windows applications and proficiency with MAC operating system.
• Comfortable with telecommunications application software that i.e. Skype4Business and WebEx.

Other Special Skills:
• Must have a strong professional acumen when dealing with internal and external customers.
• Must have the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously—this position must be able to keep up with the fast pace environment.
• Must be able to handle office materials and information with 100% confidentiality.
• Must be able to take initiative and anticipate needs.

  • Must have 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift boxes ~20lbs

Shift Requirements:

Normal business hours.
