This Recruiting Coordinator opportunity is a temporary role for up to 3 months. During this period, based on your performance and contributions, we would be interested in converting this role to a regular full-time position. As part of our Talent Acquisition team, based in Manassas, VA. This role will provide a wide range of talent acquisition related support to our Talent Acquisition team to help drive end/end recruiting process and activities resulting in the hiring of high caliber Scientists and Engineers that will be on the cutting-edge of technological break-throughs in the aerospace industry.

Summary of Responsibilities:        As Aurora and TA continues to grow and evolve, so may this role.

  • Primary Role:

- Working with our team located in various states to help maintain our Taleo ATS and ensure data accuracy.

- Generating weekly and ad hoc reports.

- Helping document policies, practices, processes.

  • Scheduling and facilitating On-Site Interviews and Preparing Interview Packets.
  • Coordinating Conference Room Availability, Tidiness and IT support.
  • Escorting Candidates as Necessary.
  • Preparing Offer Packets and Drafting Offer Letters.
  • Posting and Managing Job Postings: Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS), VEC, LinkedIn, Indeed, Associations, Universities, etc.
  • Managing and Maintaining Recruiting Documents and Files.
  • Helping Maintain our Taleo ATS to Ensure Data Accuracy.
  • Coordinating Career Fairs, Internships and Externships.
  • Other Duties as Assigned to Support the Broader HR Organizations

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder / Permanent Resident.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant support/administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong to Proficient MS Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT) is required.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Preferably Taleo
  • Must Have Strong Organizational Skills and the Ability to Juggle Multiple Tasks
  • Must Be Dependable, Self-Driven, Proactive and a Team-Player
  • Must Have Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills

Physical Requirements:    Normal Office Requirements

Work Hours:                       40 Hours Monday - Friday
