  • Composite assembly technician experienced at reading drawings and fabricating composite assemblies.
  • Familiar with working with light weight/fragile composite parts.  
  • Candidate will be responsible for working from verbal instructions and drawings to fabricate composite aircraft assemblies leading to completion of prototype aircraft.
  • Responsible for handling, mixing and applying various resin/catalyst materials.
  • Responsible for performing simple and complex composite bonding and repairs when needed.
  • Responsible for use of hand and power tools such as routers, drills, die grinders and other like tools to complete operations required by work instructions.
  • Responsible for use of precision measurement tools to complete their work.
  • Also responsible for maintaining a neat orderly work area, comply with housekeeping, quality, FOD and safety procedures.


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience fabricating composite assemblies.
  • Basic understanding of math and measurement regarding composite assembly.
  • Ability to work as a team player to complete an assigned task. Initiative, self-starter, adaptable and high motivation for excellence.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and wear proper PPE.
  • Capable of working on their feet for long periods of time to complete their work.
  • Capable of bending over to do their work. Capable of lifting 50 lbs. when needed.
  • Day shift with overtime possible.
