We are currently seeking a program analyst to (1) support the planning, budgeting and execution of contracted programs and (2) prepare business documents that include nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, consulting agreements, proposals, contracts, and subcontracts. 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain project schedules and budgets (tasks and resources)

  • Track milestones, progress against plan, and risks

  • Identify and raise issues related to resource allocation and progress against plan

  • Support program management efforts through the collection and analysis of relevant data

  • Support the generation of internal and external technical and programmatic reports

  • Assist in the cost analysis of new proposals as well as changes to existing programs

  • Provide document control and other general support to the Program Managers

  • Set up sales orders and customer account management information in SAP by Design

  • Maintain contract deliverable database and support delivery of reports and hardware to customers

  • Maintain electronic contract files

  • Track invoices and open commitments and research problems with billing/payment

  • Extract various reports from SAP to support management reviews

  • Preform other duties and responsibilities as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Ability to work with, synthesize, and understand data

  • Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team, but also take initiative to lead efforts where appropriate

  • Excellent oral and writing communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills

  • Must have excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Must be able to handle materials and information with 100% confidentiality

  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning new tools and programs quickly

  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition regulations is a plus

  • Must be a U.S. citizens or a Permanent Resident

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to support occasional travel
