Accurately operates scale for office and provides outstanding customer service to producers.  Excellent opportunity for anyone looking for part time or flexible hours.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Other duties may be assigned.

  • Work in a safe and efficient manner, according to Ag Partners’ safety policies.

  • Provide outstanding customer service skills at all times when greeting and servicing customers.

  • Manage inbound and outbound grain shipments for customers coming across the truck scale.

  • Perform required record keeping for trucking weighing and accurate grading activities.

  • Coordination of delivery numbers,daily inputs, and verification of accuracy.

  • Operates on-scale interface system and transfer of data.

  • Manage inbound grain shipments including the coordination of delivery numbers, input of scale tickets daily and verification of accuracy. In on-scale interface system, manage transfer of data.

  • Respond to customer requests at counter and over phone including but not limited to the following areas:, bids, grain contracting, grain offers, customer history, grain settlements, statements, sales, questions, etc.

  • Management of company grain contract files.

  • Responds to customer inquiries at the counter.

  • Backups other functions within the office as requested.

  • Ability to actively and efficiently utilize IBM compatible PC.

  • Windows Environment, 10-key adding machine, fax machine, copier and telephone.

  • Ability to work Overtime as required.
  • Flexible hours!

 Other Qualifications:

  • Must be a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
