DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process and be the main point of contact for all recruiting activity
Recruit passive candidates and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and motivation rather than simply sell a role.
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management and conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that delivers the highest quality results.
Articulate in writing recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
Work with the business and HR to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
Create, update, and maintain recruiting process documents
Partner with business leaders to capture accurate job requirements and qualifications to ensure candidates are assessed against the appropriate criteria
Create/update job descriptions and qualifications to be used on the corporate website, job boards, and social media
Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict recruiting activity
Schedule and deliver orientation sessions
Manage all resource resumes
Other Resource Management related duties as assigned
