Job Description:

  • Monitor, create, and manage operations monthly reports and surveys
  • Compile team inputs and submit as needed to higher
  • Participate in Configuration Control Boards (CCB)
  • Maintain rosters, calendar events, briefings, action item trackers, meeting minutes;
  • Prepare for meetings
  • Organize, execute and monitory meetings
  • Capture action items, notes, attendees and close out mission tracked items as needed
  • Participate in Training IPTs, RAM-C evolution monthly LCCBs and PMS408 CCB as appropriate
  • Support NAVSEA LOG FAM as needed; serve as the Product Support Integrator ensuring all  
  • Product Support Elements are considered throughout the lifecycle of assigned programs
  • Coordinate with applicable APMs and Project Leads, Functional Area Managers (FAMs), NAVSEA Field Activities (FAs), Military Service representatives and system/service providers in support of assigned products throughout the respective life cycles
  • Prepare or be involved with regular reviews, informal status reports and formal presentations associated with critical project milestones
  • Prepare scheduled and ad hoc status reports and high level briefs covering programmatic, technical, financial and scheduling information
  • Serve as the Product Support Integrator ensuring all Product Support Elements are considered throughout the lifecycle of assigned programs

Skills:

  • Demonstrate broad experience across the Elements of Logistics
  • Know or have experience with Configuration Management, and DoD Acquisition to allow for developing and instituting consistent processes and policies to support the CREW systems portfolio of systems
  • Must generally be efficient and experienced in developing and reviewing Logistics Management Information (LMI) data
  • Favorable if familiar or have used PowerLog-J and COMPASS related to complete system supportability during system development
  • Communicate and work effectively with geographically placed multiple teaming environments to include Depot, In Service Providers, Functional Area Managers (FAMs), ISEA teams, and the PMS 408 Program Office FAMs
  • Able to promote and leverage best practices in support of current systems and have an understanding of how to readily implement proven, supportable, repeatable processes
  • Solid working knowledge of DoD 5000, total acquisition life-cycle management process, and Product Support Elements

Experience required:

  • Minimum of 4 years in Logistics field
  • 7 years in workforce

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, or Associate’s degree in applicable Logistics field
  • Favorable if previously a DoD Acquisition Workforce member or has received Level II or III level certifications in logistics and/or Program Management

Clearance:

  • Secret clearance
