International Programs Analyst

Job Description: Cydecor is looking for a Front Office International Programs Analyst to provide program management in support of all ongoing Program Office engineering [HM&E, Combat Systems, Non-Propulsion Electronic Systems (NPES)], logistics and financial management efforts as required by Program Offices. Team Submarine provides improved communication among the various offices that contribute to the design, acquisition, maintenance, and support of the World’s finest submarine force. It fosters accurate decision making via more and higher-fidelity information on the multifaceted challenges that arise through translating Washington directives into Fleet implementation.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive, analytical, management, and administrative support including, but not limited to: coordination of office operations; long-term planning; analytical support; deliverables tracking; and task management support.

  • Support the development and “configuration management” of the overall program plans, approach, and objectives.

  • Assist in acquisition program documentation development, including researching requirements and drafting assigned acquisition documents.

  • Conduct analyses of current and proposed business practices, perform organizational assessments, develop improved business processes, and identify and track major technical and programmatic issues.

  • Assist in the review of total program risk and opportunities assessments, monitor programs, and provide input and recommendations on risk mitigations to the Program Office.

  • Provide contract management support.


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field desired.
  • 5+ years’ experience with DOD acquisition / In-Service Programs.
  • 3+ years’ experience with Navy Programs.
  • 3+ years working with International FMS Programs.
  • FMS Budget/Financial Experience preferred.


  • Active SECRET security clearance required.
