Executive Administrator with ability to coordinate and support proposal efforts for Department of Defense clientele. Candidate will coordinate and support proposal development both for corporate growth as well as on contract re-competes. The individual selected for this position will support Cydecor captures and proposals by providing coordination and administration support as needed. The individual will be fully embedded within capture teams, support proposal readiness activities, and serve as coordinator for all Cydecor proposals.

Essential Functions:

The candidate must have strong organization skills in order to support industry-standard proposal coordination practices delivering a compliant and compelling response from start to finish. As proposal coordinator, the individual will support various capture and proposal efforts to ensure all materials are delivered on time and in correct format for immediate. In addition, the individual will:

  • Organize, create, and facilitate briefings, databases, and templates for all meetings and activities associated with proposal and capture activities.
  • Perform research and data mining for reuse material applicable to current proposal submission.
  • Provide administrative, coordination, and communications support to the proposal team to ensure smooth conduct of the proposal effort throughout the process.
  • Support writing, editing and light desktop publishing (DTP) needs, as required.

Skills/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint is a must
  • Relationship management, business development or capture experience a plus
  • Project Management or Proposal Training a plus
  • Entry level candidates welcomed

Clearance:

  • Must be able to obtain DoD SECRET level security clearance.

  • Arlington, VA
