Administrative Analyst (Sr.)

 

Job Description: Perform a wide variety of professional level research, administrative, and analytical duties in support of assigned functions, operations, programs, and/or departments; perform duties in support of various administrative operations and activities within assigned area of responsibility including special projects, research studies, budget analysis, records management, security, and other specialized functions. Prepare and present comprehensive technical, administrative, and financial analytical and statistical reports. Assist in the resolution of operational and administration matters. Plan, coordinate, and evaluate activities associated with assigned tasks. Provide staff assistance to higher-level management staff; participate on and provide staff support to a variety of committees, boards, and commissions; prepare and present staff reports and other correspondence as appropriate and necessary. Coordinate and collaborate with departments, divisions and outside agencies. Perform related duties as required. Senior level personnel will also provide management of activities described in this Labor Category.
