Consolidated Investment Group, a premier investment management company comprising of more than $1 billion in assets who has had an extraordinary record of success and a reputation for collaboration and partnership; a depth of knowledge and experience; and a history of creating opportunities is seeking a National Sales  Manager for our Private Equity Division.

The National Sales Manager will report to the Director of Private Equity and will be responsible for developing and leading sales initiatives for all CIG private equity portfolio companies. In addition to his/her key responsibility of providing leadership and oversight to ensure the achievement of goals for our Portfolio Operating Companies, s/he will also be accountable for contributing to the due diligence process during acquisitions of new companies.  This person will be a results oriented individual who will be an effective leader and professional representative of the company.  S/He will be an energetic, and confident sales manager, who is strategic, analytical, creative, flexible, hands on, good problem solver, team player, and thrives in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment.  


Lead the development & execution of strategic sales plans to grow business in multiple channels and deliver assigned revenue growth and operating profit.
Sales Planning –market analysis, trade plans, budget development & oversight
Establish and build effective relationships with Operating company sales teams, brokers and retailers.
Develop and manage to Key Performance Indicators
Proactively identify opportunities to drive better execution within current and new channels
Achieve aggressive top line revenue and bottom line profit goals
Collaborate with marketing and R&D on Strategy & New product development


You have 10+ years of achievement in consumer package goods sales, preferably in growth or start-up companies.
5+ years in management/leadership positions in food/CPG businesses
You are relentlessly driven, self-motivated and goal-orientated. 
You have an innate curiosity and your natural tendency is to act upon it.
You have great listening and problem solving skills with a dose of humility.
You are a student of selling who finds personal satisfaction and joy in closing sales and building brands.
You celebrate your success, and the successes of your team even more
You have industry knowledge, contacts and experience working with external broker teams.
You are passionate about the food and consumer package goods markets.
You enjoy people and have excellent written and oral communication.
You are willing to travel 50%+ (including nights and weekends)
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
