Two Rivers Marketing, a full-service business-to-business marketing communications firm based in Des Moines, Iowa, is looking for an individual to help plan and place media schedules on behalf of agency clients. Professional media planning and buying experience is required, along with a knowledge base of digital, print, and broadcast channels. This position is responsible for the strategy and planning of paid media - including recommendations, research, analysis, and placement of media on behalf of assigned agency clients. This position will also work with the assigned client account teams to identify paid media objectives, and to provide results metrics and insights.  Agency experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities: 

§ Develop, present and recommend integrated paid media plans, which may include all forms of media (i.e. TV, radio, print, digital (including SEM/pay-per-click, programmatic, email, re-targeting, etc.), outdoor, sponsorships, etc.

§ Manage placement and insertion orders, assist the account service team with coordination of materials, ensure positioning, reconcile invoices, perform post-buy analysis, and work with the account team to track and provide reports for clients.

§ Support Media Director and media team to prepare and/or present paid media services or recommendations for new business opportunities.


·  Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or related field

·  3+ years of professional media planning and buying experience

·  Agency experience preferred

·  Experience with digital media- including strategy, execution of campaigns, and reporting

·  Experience with other forms of media
