This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and way-finding for our American Fork Campus.  The position will provide key clerical and project support for our Human Resources and Marketing Teams.  Projects and responsibilities may include:

  • Providing customer service and wayfinding for the American Fork Campus
  • Providing support for facilities at American Fork ensuring quick follow-up and resolution
  • Creating and updating employee information in the HRIS system
  • Preparing employee and vendor badges and provisioning access
  • Assisting with student shadowing and externship experiences at Revere Health
  • Editing and updating clinic forms and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Assembling marketing materials and packets
  • Frequently reviewing and updating marketing collateral pieces to ensure accuracy
  • Reviewing website physician pages, bios, and clinic pages for accuracy and functionality
  • Editing blog posts and social media calendars
  • Scheduling social media posts
  • Assisting with logistical support for events
  • Maintaining an accurate database of providers, administrators, and clinic locations within Revere Health
  • Coordinating, scheduling, and providing logistical support for Provider Relations clinic visits and physician lunches
  • Updating external referring provider database annually to ensure accuracy
  • Will perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Skilled at writing and editing content for multiple platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially related to editing and proofreading
  • Detail-oriented, creating technically flawless products
  • Excels in working with a team, but is self-motivated and accountable to work
  • Professional behavior, friendly attitude
  • Ultra-high standards and a passion for exceptional work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of website CMS (WordPress)
  • Experience updating website content, basic knowledge of HTML
