Description

Job Description: Our continually growing Contact Center is looking for a dedicated and passionate representative. Our ideal employee should possess natural empathy and a strong desire to serve our patients, and departments within the clinic. We are the front line of communication for many diverse doctors’ offices and you must have an ability to learn quickly and multi-task effectively. This is a high volume contact center and requires an extreme level of accuracy and ability to handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and follow corresponding protocols.
  • Navigate and update patient charts on multiple electronic systems.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
  • Use phone functions properly including: transfers, holds, call backs, and unintentional disconnects.
  • Deliver detailed messages to appropriate persons and offices.
  • Meet and maintain department performance expectations.
  • Adhere to a strict attendance policy.
  • Give directions to patients trying to locate a specific office.
  • Become familiar with Revere Health, as a whole, and direct patients to various offices.
  • Looking up, processing and posting patients payments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate should have work experience in one or more of the following areas:  healthcare, office, reception, or retail.

History: Our name is our mission and our promise, your health above all else. Revere Health was founded as Central Utah Clinic in 1960 when three doctors combined their practices in an effort to better serve Utah County. Over the next 30 years, Central Utah Clinic grew from 3 doctors to over 285 healthcare providers. Our services reach from Northern to Southern Utah and into Nevada and Arizona. In 2015 due to the size and expansion, the doctors agreed to re-brand their name to Revere Health. In 2011 the providers created a centralized contact center in an effort to create a better patient experience. Each year we take over 1.4 million phone calls in our East Bay, Provo location.
