Description : Revere Health is seeking a Full-time Primary Care Physician to work in their Kanab, Utah Office. Responsibilities include seeing patients in clinic as well as covering ER responsibilities for rural hospital. Further responsibilities include: Working in conjunction with the medical directors, quality improvement, utilization management, and risk management; complying with medical records and risk assessment documentation policies/procedures, quality initiatives; reviewing reports regarding utilization and high-risk patients, and utilize the information in the delivery of quality, cost effective health care services; coordinating and cooperating as part of the patient care team with the center administration, peers, clinical and non-clinical staff; maintaining appropriate patient records & satisfaction standards.
