Provides support with the daily activities of the medical office including greeting patients, registration, telephone coverage and appointment scheduling. Maintains a professional image in appearance as well as over the phone. Balances team and individual responsibilities. Provides courteous and friendly service to all patients and contributes to building a positive work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent. Two years’ experience in customer service related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to work under stress with frequent interruptions. Good computer skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
