Description

Internet Brands is looking for an experienced field operations leader to drive the growth of our dealer advisory team, customer base and revenue. This is an opportunity to fill a key leadership role in a growing company that is a market leader. We're looking for an entrepreneurial individual who has the discipline and energy to manage and contribute to growth with a high tolerance for change and innovation.

Duties include planning, reporting, quota setting and management, process optimization and selection of talent. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Client Services.

Responsibilities:
- Manage team of 20 Advisors spread across the U.S.
- Advisors are focused on increasing participation in the program as well as the ROI of
those participating.
- Direct activity of Advisors to maximize participation and ROI for all participants in the program.
- Help with hiring of Advisors.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of retail dealer operation experience.
- Experience managing a distributed team focused on demand generating and training of accounts.
- Excellent people management skills including resolving conflicts, coaching and developingothers, promoting teamwork, and performance management.
- Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
- Experience with lead generation and outbound prospecting a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.
- BA/BS in business or related field (MBA a plus).
