Martindale-Nolo is looking for highly motivated and experienced sales reps to join our fast growing Chicago team. Martindale-Nolo specializes in providing quality leads to attorneys across the United States.

We are seeking a proven top sales performer to cultivate new leads via cold calling, calling warm leads, and responding to incoming marketing inquiries. What we are looking for:
-1 to 2 years of sales experience (inside sales preferred)
-Telemarketing/cold calling experience a huge plus
-Strong relationship-building skills needed to build rapport with clients quickly and professionally
-Positive, high energy, and most importantly money motivated
-Must be willing to learn, be coachable and want to make money!
- Proficient use of or other CRM experience is a plus

- Ability to handle heavy outbound calls
- Consistently meets sales quotas
- Aggressively seek to generate leads by telephone and email
- Maintain accurate up-to-date pipeline using CRM
-Ability to build proposals and follow up to complete the sale

-Outgoing, upbeat personality and a quick learner
-Ambitious, motivated, goal-oriented individual
- Ability to multi-task and work independently while exercising excellent judgment
- Comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment, with a solid work ethic
- Work well under pressure and demonstrate cooperative behavior with customers, colleagues and supervisors
- Ability to prioritize multiple and competing deadlines.
- Work well in a team environment and contribute to the team's success
- Knowledge of or a similar CRM a plus
