The Provider Sales Specialist is a B2B Inside Sales Representative responsible for connecting dental care providers with patients in need of a variety of dental services. The goal of this position is to acquire and retain dental providers that are seeking new patients by utilizing our vast tools and resources to connect them with real-time patients in need of dental care.  This Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and growing new customer accounts in the dental community within an assigned territory. Each territory consists of a large base of dental offices. The right person will utilize their prospecting and consultative selling skills, high-energy and initiative to identify opportunities to promote and sell a lead generation product. This is an inside sales hunter position, no post sale account management or outside sales. This is a phone-heavy role; the right person will be comfortable making 50 or more calls per day. We are looking for High energy, organized, reliable, fast paced, goal driven, and innovative team players to join our sales team!  This successful candidate must have the ability to overcome objections using effective rebuttals and selling techniques in the B2B market.
Essential Functions:  
- Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota.
- Prospecting new clients through cold and warm lead generation.
- Consult with the client regarding lead generation strategies and solutions that will meet their business needs and will improve their ability to generate business.
 -Create and maintain a sales pipeline by maintaining accurate and complete information using CRM.
- Take and pass all required learning (online, classroom, etc.).
- Work in an outbound contact center meeting productivity targets. 
- Ability to overcome sales objections by adding value proposition. 
- Closing deals .
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
- Track activities in the CRM system.
- Ability to effectively communicate features, added value and benefits of our patient referrals.
- Follow up on all appointments on time within 1 business day.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and productivity.
- Follow processes and procedures according to department training materials.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude while being a team player and cooperating with all departments.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications:   
- 3 years of sales Telemarketing experience (phone experience preferred).
- B2B experience highly desired.
- Articulate and professional communicative skills.
- Passion for making telephone calls and strong hunter instinct. 
- Must be self-motivated Team Player.
- Excellent communication, analytical, listening, & organizational skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. 
- Knowledge of Dental industry (a plus).  
- Proficient in Windows including but not limited to: Excel, Outlook and Word.
