Los Angeles based, Internet Brands, Inc. is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Home Media vertical. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for working with key members of sales and business teams to drive the overall marketing strategy for the Home Media websites. This position oversees a Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a high energy, self-starter, who is results oriented in nature, with a bias for action and the ability to work as an individual and within a team environment.

Job Functions:
-Manage outbound email, newsletter, social media and marketing campaigns.
-Collaborate with product team to drive front-end user experience initiatives.
-Manage, grow, and optimize traffic growth partnerships for websites.
-Proactively identify opportunities for site improvements and lead projects to make those improvements.
- Create and implement innovative multi-channel traffic acquisition strategies and campaigns via strong collaboration with Product, Sales, and Business Development teams.
- Clearly identify Success Metrics, KPI’s and reporting for all tactics prior to implementation and provide performance analysis, ROI and insights for all channels/tactics.
- Business Development and partner communication.
- Creation of marketing materials and timelines for websites and product improvements.
- Coordination of Business Development and Sales timelines and efforts.
- Creation of marketing materials and training Sales team on go to market strategy.
- Plan, execute, and measure A/B testing, experiments and conversion tests.

- 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
- BA/BS from a four year college. 
- Proven track record of executing digital marketing campaigns for traffic/customer acquisition.
- Hands on experience with digital media, including SEM, SEO, display, social, email, and mobile.
- Results-oriented; knowledge of Web metrics and analytics programs and ability to forecast, set, and exceed aggressive acquisition goals.
- Experience with process design and implementation.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and related methodologies.
- Significant problem-solving, communication, and organization skills.
- Project Management experience.
- Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
