Internet Brands, Inc. has a unique opportunity for a smart, driven individual to oversee the ad operations team for our Auto vertical, which is responsible for over 2.2 billion monthly ad impressions spread across over 400 sites.  We are seeking an energetic contributor, with a strong record of performance to manage a team of 4-6 ad traffickers responsible for end-to-end digital inventory management and implementation for multiple online websites.  Projects include but are not limited to: inventory forecasting, creation, sponsorship implementation and process optimization.

- Manage the ad operations teams while assuming accountability for ensuring that custom advertiser campaigns launch as sold.
- Oversee the ad server (DFP) and sales management tool (DSM) for the entire company.
- Train and develop the ad operations team.
- Maintain and manage inventory.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad delivery and technical issues.
- Forecast future inventory impression volume for custom sponsorships, new programming and redesigned web pages.
- Oversight of ad call and ad inventory implementation.
- Work effectively across multiple teams and divisions (editorial, design, technical development, ad operations, sales) to create and implement integrated advertising solutions.
- Institute best practices, improve workflow and efficiency and recommend process enhancement.
- Prepare and analyze reports to ensure optimization and pacing standards.
- Uncover trends within campaign data to create a positive story for client presentations to secure future renewed business.
- Fulfill requests for proposals as needed.
- Implement and develop native advertising positions and campaigns.
- Work with business development teams to monetize ad partners.  
- Implement ad technologies across mobile web and mobile apps.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly developed attention to detail.
- Consistent use of effective time-management and organization methods.
- Experience in online media.
- 2 to 3+ years of relevant ad operations experience required.
- 1 to 2+ years of management experience required.
- Track record of exceptional performance with Ad servers (DFP, DSM).
- Experience working with Google Adsense, Google Ad Exchange, and other 3rd party partners.
- Experience implementing ad-serving across desktop, mobile web and mobile app
