Downtown Chicago-based online media company, Total Attorneys (an affiliate of Internet Brands, Inc.), is looking for Client Development Representatives to join our team!
Our ideal candidate is an energetic, resourceful, take-charge individual who wants to join a terrific team.  Candidates must be motivated, optimistic, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and have effective problem-solving skills.
Your job is to win new customers and generate sustainable new revenue.  You will work new opportunities generated by marketing (inbound leads), cold calls (self-generated outbound leads), and work existing prospects.  This experienced inside sales role has a direct impact on the company’s performance and growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential prospects by telephone and email
- Track activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude while being a team player and cooperating with all departments
- Learn, understand and communicate the applications, features, added value and benefits of working with Total Attorneys
- Closing deals
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Articulate and professional communication skills
- Passion for making telephone calls and strong hunter instinct
- Basic computer skills (Office, Internet)
- 1-3 years of Sales or Telemarketing experience preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce and online marketing/advertising a plus
- Must be self-motivated
- Excellent organization skills
- Desire to learn and continually develop sales skills
- College degree preferred
