Our diversity is our strength; we encourage people from all
At CARE, we seek a world of hope, tolerance and social justice, where poverty has been overcome and people live with dignity and security.
This has been our vision since 1945 when we were founded to send life-saving CARE Packages® to survivors of World War II. Today, CARE is a global leader in the movement to eradicate poverty. In 2015, CARE worked in 95 countries and reached 65 million people with an incredible range of life-saving programs. We also put women and girls at the center of our work because we know that we cannot overcome poverty until all people have equal rights and opportunities. We seek dynamic, innovative thinkers to further our mission. If you share our core beliefs: poverty is an injustice; poverty is solvable; and together, we have the power to end it, join us.
Are you capable of designing, influencing and executing total rewards programs? If so, the Global Total Rewards Lead is the right opportunity for you to lead the implementation of CARE’s Global Total Rewards initiative.
With the rapid changes occurring within CARE and the NGO market, both our recruitment and total rewards models are facing challenges. To fulfill our vision and mission, we need to attract, reward, and retain committed, talented, and capable people worldwide, ensuring that our organization remains competitive while our values are consistently reflected. This initiative is a revolutionary transformation that will respond to the current CARE’s total rewards philosophy, with the aim of creating a global approach with all of CARE’s staff in mind.
CARE is seeking a Global Total Rewards Leader to lead the harmonization of CARE’s rewards policies and practices across the CARE USA world (40+ countries). Reporting to the VP, People and Culture, this strategic position is responsible for the following:
Please be aware that there may be job advertisements and offers that falsely state that they are from CARE. CARE does not charge a fee at any stage of the recruitment process (application, interview, meeting, processing, training, or any other such fees).
