DSS Program Manager

The PM will oversee 24 Part Time Role Players who will act as demonstrators, civilians, refugees, and police/security personnel during a weekly scenario-based training on Fridays at a State Department site in West Virginia.
No prior experience necessary but candidates with previous experience supporting the DSS and FSI/FACT contracts are preferred. Our mission is to provide linguistic support, cultural sensitivity training, project management and exercise support services to the US Government and private sector.
This position supports the State Department Foreign Affairs Counter Threat (FACT) course that provides participants with the knowledge and skills to better prepare them for living and working in critical and high threat environments overseas. This is a part time position based in Summit Point, West Virginia.
The Program Manager must report to the site location by 6:30 am every Friday an exercise occurs and accomplish accountability procedures for reporting Role Players.
The exercise will run between 3-4 Fridays every month from approx. 7 am - 3 pm.
The qualified role-player on-site Program Manager must undergo a background check, and will be required to complete an electronic online securityquestionairre (e-QIP) to be submitted to the Department of State for a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) certificate as a requirement for contract eligibility.
3. Shall be responsible for submitting a weekly Time & Attendance report and After Action Review after the conclusion of each exercise.
4. Shall coordinate with the Government customer to ensure delivery of contract performance on-site by all assigned Role Players.
