We are currently seeking an Adult Psych NP or Adult Psychiatrist to join our Behavioral Health Oberservation/Stabilization & Inpatient Unit in Kingman, AZ.
The schedules will consist of working: Monday - Friday (40 hours) OR Friday - Sunday (10 hour days). Flexibility in schedule may be offered depending the program needs/requirements.

The crisis unit provides health interventions in a structured, non-hospital setting that assists adults in resolving crises. The program offers a 10 bed capacity and 6 observation chair capacity. Services are provided in a secured facility with a 24-hour nursing coverage on the premises. Length of stay is optimally 5-7 days.
You will be responsible for performing basic screening, diagnostic treatment, rehabilitative and supportive services as a member of a primary and psychiatric health care team. Provide quality medical and psychiatric care for patients. Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive healthcare services, as delegated by a physician. Working as members of the healthcare team, take medical histories, conduct physicals, examine and treat patients, order and interpret laboratory tests, make diagnoses, and prescribe medications. Overnight on-call is required.
Psych NP Requirements:
Requires MA degree in Nursing plus Psychiatric Certification is required. Possession of a current nursing license in the State of Arizona. Demonstrated experience assessment. Knowledge of Federal, State and local regulations, accreditation and licensing standards relative to Arizona State Board of Nursing.
Graduation from an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy.
