We are currently seeking a Physician Assistant to join our team in Prescott Valley!  This position will be required to provide services both in Prescott Valley and Flagstaff. 

Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Expenses Offered

As a Physician Assistant this position will be responsible for the primary care functions in an outpatient setting. Provides primary care services and is responsible for ensuring that the primary care services are evidence based and based on current standards of care. Collaborates with behavioral health providers to provide integration of care.  You will be responsible for performing basic screening, diagnostic treatment, rehabilitative and supportive services as a member of a primary and psychiatric health care team. Provide quality medical and psychiatric care for patients.

Requires possession of an AZ State license issued by the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants.  Must possess current National Commission of Certification for Physician Assistants.  Satisfactory completion of a formal Physician Assistant Training Program at an accredited educational institution, including a minimum of three months preceptor ship.  Experience working in a managed care and or community health setting.
