What You’ll Do:

As a member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for global sourcing and recruitment. Positions will be in Canada, US, Japan, Hong Kong, and Europe. You will be responsible for evaluating posting methods, and selecting the most relevant sources for passive candidates. You will utilize a social recruiting strategy, using LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and other social networking tools. You will be responsible for recruiting candidates, and taking them through the full circle recruitment process. This will include posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling and participating in interviews, completing reference checks, drafting offers and sending out offer packages. You will also be responsible for tracking sources of hire, cost/hire, and other related metrics.

As a member of the Human Resources team you will also belong to the Social Committee, and take on other projects as required.

What You Should Have:

  • College Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3-5 plus years recruitment experience in sourcing, passive candidate identification, candidate vetting and candidate development
  • High tech sourcing and recruiting experience, preferably in the software industry
  • Strong research skills
  • Successful track record of generating and maintaining a pipeline of top talent
  • Adaptability, flexibility and ability to multi task are key for success in this role
  • Superior verbal and  written communication skills, combined with ability to build rapport and trusted relationships
  • Self-motivated and excellent time management skills
