Description

Job Qualifications:

  • Assists in the formulation and definition of project scope and objectives
  • Assists in devising or modifying procedures to solve complex problems

  • Prepares reports and presentations, both scheduled and adhoc

  • Develops and maintains Configuration Management process standards, plans, and procedures

  • Establishes and facilitates Change Control Board (CCB), including development of change management processes

  • Provides support to the Program Management Office (PMO)

  • Excellent organization skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders as well as key client contacts

  • Ability to prioritize workload to facilitate an efficient PMO service

  • Ability to provide support to the entire project team at meetings which could include minute taking and recording actions etc.

  • Flexibility to support the PMO in multiple areas

  • Experience in aerospace, aircraft design or engineering development desirable

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of related experience

  • Experience supporting configuration management roles

  • Excellent prioritization and coordination skills with the ability to work to multiple deadlines under pressure

  • Quick, creative problem solver who works well under pressure

  • Must be U.S. persons as defined by ITAR regulations

  • Ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance

Physical Requirements:

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting and airport hangar environment; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations, including aircraft manufacturing facilities, using various modes of private transportation; and to verbally communicate information.
